The situation
On May 21st, Meta USA workers are organizing a support circle call for the 8,000 workers that will be laid off this week. Meta is trading human workers for A.I. data center infrastructure, despite $200 billion in revenue and $160 billion in profit in 2025, while reorganizing teams into A.I.-focused pods, and enforcing surveillance on workers to train A.I.
Workers are fighting back. Asking for messages of solidarity from other tech workers facing similar struggles at your own companies.
The ask

Please share with Meta Workers and the Tech Workers Coalition / What We Will about conditions you are seeing in your own workplace, any campaigns you are organizing, and a message of support to stand in solidarity with Meta workers fighting against A.I. surveillance and A.I.-driven mass layoffs.
