Last week, 30,000 workers were laid off at Oracle with a single email. Many were in senior level roles, giving ten or more years of their lives to serve the company. Workers we spoke to felt the way they were dismissed was undignified and confusing. Over 2000 came together on Slack to share resources and mutual support. If you're currently laid-off or anxious about future layoffs, you don't have to face it alone.
We are bringing together workers from Oracle and Salesforce in our second mass call for laid-off tech workers. There were 500+ who registered for our first mass call for Amazon and Washington Post tech workers. Let's continue to grow this movement together.
Please share this event with 3+ workers who are laid-off from Oracle or anxious about future layoffs at their own company.

This isn't just about surviving layoffs — it's about mutual aid and fighting for structural change. AI is reshaping our economy, and workers deserve to share in the prosperity, not just bear the costs.
Join us to build the power we need to win strategic campaigns on the state and federal levels, and ensure workers have a voice in shaping the future of work.
